Delete your TurfUp account

You can request deletion of your TurfUp account and associated personal data without reinstalling the TurfUp app.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, use the TurfUp contact form.
Choose Account access, enter the email address associated with your TurfUp account, and write Account deletion request in the additional-details field.
We may contact you to verify your identity before completing the request.

What is deleted

When your request is completed, TurfUp deletes:
Your account and authentication profile
Your customer or landscaper profile information
Saved photos and service-area information
Notification preferences and registered device tokens
Other personal data TurfUp is not legally required to retain

What may be retained

TurfUp may retain limited transaction, payment, payout, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, and support records when required for legal, accounting, security, or regulatory purposes.
Where possible, retained records are anonymized so they no longer identify the deleted account. Payment information managed by Stripe may be retained under Stripe’s legal and compliance obligations.

Delete your account in the app

If you can sign in:
  1. Open TurfUp.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review and confirm your request.
This is the fastest way to delete your account.
